Our comprehensive Learning Disability assessments identify conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia and explain how learning differences impact academic performance.
This evaluation includes interviews, cognitive testing, academic assessment, and processing measures, along with clear, individualized recommendations for support at school, college, work, and home. Available in person or online.

This in-depth evaluation provides a comprehensive understanding of learning, attention, emotional, and behavioral functioning to support educational planning and mental health needs.
The assessment examines intelligence, cognitive processing, attention, executive functioning, academic skills, and social-emotional functioning to guide meaningful supports and recommendations.

I’m Bethany Zoeller, LEP #4064, a Licensed Educational Psychologist providing comprehensive psychoeducational, ADHD, autism, and learning disability assessments for children, teens, and adults in Bakersfield and throughout California.
At Insights, I personally complete every evaluation and focus on helping individuals and families better understand learning, attention, and neurodevelopmental differences. My assessments are strengths-based and include clear diagnostic information (when appropriate) along with practical, personalized recommendations for home, school, college, or work.
As a neurodivergent psychologist with ADHD, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I’m passionate about helping clients feel understood, empowered, and confident about their next steps.
Insights is an out-of-network practice. While insurance is not accepted, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.
