No, we are a private pay practice and does not bill insurance companies directly. We have chosen this model because it allows us to completely tailor evaluations to your specific needs, rather than being restricted by what an insurance provider will or will not authorize. While we are out-of-network, we provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

It depends.  The duration of testing varies, typically requiring one to three sessions depending on the specific questions we are striving to answer. Once all testing sessions are complete, we use that time to carefully analyze the data and draft a comprehensive, tailored report. A feedback session to discuss the findings and our clinical recommendations is then typically scheduled three weeks later. 

Absolutely! Our goal is to provide clear answers regarding what is impacting you or your child and to guide your next steps with actionable support. We provide specific recommendations for IEPs, 504 plans, or college-level accommodations to ensure you have the necessary documentation to access support.  The cost for our evaluations typically ranges from $500 to $2,500, depending on the specific questions we are working together to answer for you or your child. This range allows us to scale the testing to your unique needs, ensuring the assessment is as focused or as comprehensive as it needs to be. To help make these services more accessible, we offer flexible payment plans and also accept CareCredit, which allows you to pay for your care over time with specialized financing options. We provide a clear, upfront estimate after our initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
