Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hello@insightskern.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

All services are provided by Bethany Zoeller, a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP #4064) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

Yes! We are passionate about helping neurodiverse adults of all ages better understand their brains and themselves to help them grow in their college, work, and relationships in the community.

The assessment process is tailored to each person’s needs and can take place in one longer session or over several shorter visits, depending on the focus and age. We strive to make the experience comfortable and engaging, using interviews, questionnaires, sensory activities, academic testing, or even virtual reality-based tools as needed. Every assessment is personalized to help answer your specific questions and provide meaningful insights.

Counseling sessions last 45–50 minutes and use a blend of approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to support your growth. Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions and gradually space them out as they gain new understanding and skills.
